“ Mint mojito light on the sweetness is always a safe bet. WiFi works and there's plenty of space indoors/outdoors. I haven't been back to Philz in years, but this time they didn't ask me to try the drink first to see if I like it/need to modify anything. Not sure if it's just a change in their service protocol or if they were particularly tired that day. It's also near Taco Bravo and across the street from Pruneyard, so nearby food options are plentiful. ”

“ 4 Starz cuz it's Philz!!! Ordered ahead, got my usual but the worst was the parking situation, grid lock!! Finally found a spot and walked up to my barista, who accommodated me asking her if I can hand her my personal cup, some reluctance as she said she already started my drink. The quality and taste of Philz is worth the meh customer service which, I can do without as long as my coffee is the bomb and it was! Looks like they have a nice seating and merch area too. ”
“ This has been my go-to Philz over the last year. Close to the Pruneyard, has the occasional TGTG offers, and easy spot to pick up a few bags of ground coffee for my Aeropress without the wait. Mobile app ordering is still around the same speed as other locations. There's a fair amount of seating inside and outside, parking in the lot and street, and a decent selection of bags. Not too loud, not too quiet. I have tried nearly every bag of beans available including seasonal flavors and my go-tos are the Ecstatic for iced drinks and Silken Splendor for hot. The only one I really do not like is the Jacob's Wonderbar --- odd smoky acidic flavor. Not really a fan of fruity acidic notes in coffee in general. As for in-store drink orders, I'll always get a Mint Mojito (they use ecstatic at this store, some use tesora-- ask your barista if you're curious). ”
“ I am not a coffee guy but when you are looking for a spot to catch up with a friend and not looking for a meal or a drink... This location was packed on a Friday afternoon and the parking lot was full. It was a cold wet afternoon and I got a hot chocolate and a chocolate croissant which were both good. Plus points since they asked me proactively if I wanted to heat up the croissant which I did. ”

Drinks are always consistent - my go drinks are the oatmeal cookie, iced Jacob's wonderbar (Jacob's way- medium honey, medium cream), and iced gingersnap (Philz way - medium cream and medium sugar). I love that they don't charge extra for any of the alternate milks (!!). This location is always busy so I try to mobile order as much as possible! ”
“ I came on a Sunday morning with my mom and sister. This place is busy and they're slow. You do have the option to mobile order ahead via the app. We waited 20+ minutes after we placed our order. I got the Large Philtered Soul light sweet and light cream ($5.95), my mom got the Large Silken Splendor ($5.95), and my sister got the Large Mint Mojito ($6.95). These drinks are strong as I was jittery all day. Great caffeine boost when you know what you're getting yourself into. Next time I'll get mine Philz Way (medium cream and medium sweet) as my Philtered Soul wasn't that great. It's what I get for trying to be healthy lol. There is small dedicated parking lot, but it was full so we parked on the street in between Philz and Taco Bravo. ”

“ Love me some Philz and this location is not an exception. Parking was super easy to find as they have their own lot, plenty of seating, and the inside is super clean! I ordered on the app and our drinks were done at the promised time. The baristas are all welcoming! Hands down the best coffee chain! The mint mojito and the iced coffee rosé are top tier. And I LOVE that they don't charge for milk substitutes. ”
“ First time at this location. Designated parking lot. Located right by The Pruneyard. Took a while for cashier to come take my order. Once I placed the order, drink took under 5 mins to be made. I got a mint mojito (sweet and creamy) which is my usual and it tasted pretty consistent as the other locations! Would come back. Lots of indoor seating including tables, couches, and a handful of outdoor seating too. Would be a nice spot to do work at. ”
